Incoming and outgoing phone calls:
We started to receive several phone calls at all hours of the day asking for assistance. These calls ranged from a few minutes to an hour or more. We enjoy answering all questions, but in the long run, we couldn’t get all of our work done. We now answer any and all inquiries via emails. We are sorry but please understand we have a lot of reptiles to feed and take care of as well as getting orders out when promised. Feel free to email us any question(s) and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

$38.00 Flat rate through UPS (MON-THURS).

Live arrival guarantee to temps over 40 degrees. If reptile is DOA, we must be contacted within 3 hours of receiving reptile(s). We will issue a refund for the reptile(s). We will not provide a refund for shipping fees. We are not responsible
